Operations
- Centralized booking and billing from Delhi NCR
- All reservations are taken over email. We have provisions for online reservations as well.
- App-based operations can also be incorporated.
- Bookings are taken at least 2 hours prior for Delhi NCR and for other than Delhi locations at least 4 hours before.
- A confirmation mail is sent to the concern at the time of reservation.
- The car and chauffeur details is sent to the concern (by SMS/Email/ Whatsapp) before an hour of reporting time.
- Placard with the company name and logo are carried by all drivers for airport arrivals.
- Timely e-invoice are generated depending upon the type of services.
- We accept payments by all credit cards, UPI etc.
- Payments to PNS shall be made within 30 days after submissions of invoice.
- Dedicated supervisors wherever required are provided
- Monthly MIS reports shall be generated by PNS as per company format and submitted along with the bills.
